The North Platte River is known amongst anglers as one of Wyoming’s best. Local outfitters are available almost year-round for guided wade fishing or float fishing.
SOAK
Just ½ mile from our lodge, the Hobo Hot Springs are open 24/7 with free admission. In the summer you can use the Municipal Pool, located adjacent to the Hot Springs, for a small fee.
HIKE
Carbon County is home to hundreds of miles of trails. Wind through old-growth forests, mountain lakes and crystal-clear streams in Wyoming’s famously pristine wilderness.
FLOAT
Enjoy a guided scenic trip on the North Platte River with one of our many local outfitters. These experiences range from leisurely tours to adrenaline-pumping adventures.
RIDE
Explore Saratoga on two wheels with one of our complimentary Schwinn bicycles. We even have a Burley-style bike trailer on site so little ones can ride along!
SNOWSHOE
During the winter you can hike through our beautiful snow-covered forests with a pair of complementary snowshoes.
SNOWMOBILE
Add some adrenaline to your winter getaway with a snowmobile tour in the Medicine Bow National Forest. Local outfitters offer snowmobile rentals and guided tours.
BOATING
Visit Saratoga Lake for fantastic fishing and boating. Bring your binoculars for bird viewing at the wetlands as well!

Spend a day at the Saratoga Public Golf Course, a 3,580-yard, 9 hole course that is loved for its for its scenery and close proximity to the North Platte River.
